The hotel staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view. Convenient location near the metro and attractions. Partnership with Hermitage museum for easy access. Phenomenal facilities and proximity to city center.

In 40 years of traveling I have rarely been able to experience such a beautiful stay in a hotel as in the Marriot Saint Petersburg. I am quite a very demanding person and therefore I would like to mention that I really did not miss anything during the 4 days there :-) I will come back soon!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by Natalia and impressed by the attentive service throughout our visit. Our top-floor room offered a breathtaking view of Saint Isaac's Cathedral. The location was perfect, near the Zenit stadium and within walking distance of the city center. The spacious, clean rooms and English-speaking staff exceeded our expectations. The restaurant had a good selection of delicious meals. the hotel provided world-class service and surpassed our previous experiences in Russia. Congratulations to the Marriott SPB-Team!

Perfect location on the Neva, not too close and not too far, in 20 minutes on foot from the Winter Palace. subway in 10 min to reach . Staff was keen to fulfill wishes . We had a studio on the river side, very nice view, room was always clean. Breakfast very varied and good

There are rooms from well to wow, on arrival it seems that you decide individually which one you get. We had a pretty good, but probably not one of the better Deluxe rooms (booked as such)

Exceptional service that made our stay memorable. One staff member, Katerina, went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, from transfers to excursions. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly outstanding. The hotel itself was nice, typical of Marriott Courtyards, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient, as we were in walking distance to all tourist attractions and close to two tube stations. Even better, we upgraded to a huge suite with a view of the river, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, which we appreciated. The service was excellent, and the staff was always ready to assist us with thoughtful suggestions. Breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The building of the hotel is newly renovated and look pretty. Halls and rooms inside are neat. One of the best choises for business travel on Vasilievsky island in St Petersburg. Even after half-month of living breakfasts are still eatable

Windows in rooms are not opening so it gets extrmely suffocating. Better ask a receptionist for an opening handle. The hotel periodically gets populated by large groups of sportsmen.

During our recent romantic escape, we appreciated the two complimentary drinks we received upon arrival. The location of the hotel was central to many attractions, making it easy to see the city's best sites. We particularly enjoyed the easy access to public transportation and the convenience of having several restaurants nearby.

Our experience was not entirely positive. The cleanliness of the room was subpar and left us feeling uneasy about the overall hygiene of the hotel.
